At Gloves In A Bottle, we stand behind our shielding lotion and want you to be completely satisfied with your skin's health. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to avoid processing delays.

  Ship the Item

  Send your return package via a trackable shipping method to our designated warehouse address provided in your authorization email.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
